Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City,
Dubai-based real estate firm Binghatti Developers has partnered with luxury automaker Mercedes-Benz to introduce a major property development valued at Dh30 billion ($8.2 billion), reflecting the continued rise in demand for high-end residential projects across the city.
Named Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City, the development will be located in Meydan and will cover approximately 10 million square feet (929,000 square metres), the companies announced on Tuesday.
The large-scale, multi-tower project is scheduled to launch on January 14, 2026 and marks Binghatti Developers’ first fully master-planned community. The collaboration follows the successful Mercedes-Benz Places project unveiled in Downtown Dubai last year.
According to Muhammad Binghatti, chairman of Binghatti Developers, the new project is designed to deliver a “self-contained urban destination” that functions as a city within a city.
Dubai’s real estate sector has been supported by several government-led initiatives, including residency options for retirees and remote workers, the expansion of the 10-year Golden Visa programme, and the UAE’s broader economic diversification strategy, all of which have strengthened investor confidence and market growth.
